SBR-800 and SBR-1200 are mobile concrete mixers with a hydraulically-operated skip, with the capability of power loading of components into the skip and with the reverser for unloading. They can be used as separate mortar-concrete machinery as well as on production lines at precast concrete plants and concrete factories. As required by a customer this machinery could be equipped with cement silos, auger for cement loading, belt conveyer (for sand or crushed stone loading into the skip). SBR-800 and SBR-1200 are driven by diesel engine manufactured by “HATZ” (Germany)

Characteristics for SBR-800A’s and SBR-1200A’s engines are:

• acoustic protection: acoustic radiation is reduced to minimum due to the construction and high precision of production;
• universal multipurpose industrial engine;

• low fuel consumption due to direct injection by multijet nozzle;

• low repair cost due to separate cylinder and cylinder heads;
• safe usage due to absence of wedge belt;

• automatic air removal from the injection pump.

 

The engine is composed of:

• air-cooled two-cylinder four-stroke engine
• vertical cylinder with direct injection
• die-cast lightweight metal engine case, separate cylinders made of grey cast iron
• separate lightweight metal cylinder heads
• crankshaft with forged counterweights mounted on three bearings
• circulating lubrication system with accessory continuous filter
• cooling fan and alternator are built into the flywheel
