Machine for non-steam-cured foam concrete production and transportation UPB-300 is used at the industrial, civil and farm building sites supplied with electricity and water, the environment temperature shall be not less than +5°C.
Binding material: Portland cement PTC 500-D0.
Filler: clean bank mortar sand, preliminary riddled through the sieve with an opening size not more than 5x5 mm.
Sealer: water, the usage of water from the heating system and heating mains is not allowed.
Foaming agent: PB-2000 manufactured by Ivanovo, "PENOSTROM" or any other domestic or foreign foaming agent (there is no significant difference between synthetic or protein foaming agent usage).
Additives: calcium chloride and sodium sulphate can be used in proportion 1:1 as setting accelerator and early-strength admixture; other plasticizers can be also used. Foam concrete with a volume weight of 800 kg/ m3 per one batch (0.33 m3, 330 l) consists of the following components: cement - 143 kg; sand - 94 kg; water - 73 l; PB-2000 – 0.4 l. Foam concrete wet rough weight is 940-960 kg/m3. The final mix components are decided at the production site according to the materials used which have different specifications.
