Preparatory and metal cutting areas. For cutting profiled cast iron and tubes, the area
is equipped with the modern high-productive mechanized machinery- conveyer-type cutting
machines for cutting the metal blanks of different profiles at any angle up to 45 degrees. The
metal blanks can be made from the constructional, automatic, spring and other kind of steel,
as well as from the cast iron, aluminum, plastic.
The guillotine scissors are used for cutting the metal sheets with maximum thickness up to 6 mm
and the lenght up to 3000 mm. Modern bending equipment allows us to bend the details with the length of 4420 mm, the thickness up to 10 mm and the appropriate width and bending radiuses, which depend on the width of metal. Maximum bending force is 320 tons.
Laser-cutting machine allows to process the sheets from constructional and stainess steel of the following dimensions: 2000 x 4000 mm, the thickness up to 20 mm.
The punching of holes of different forms and dimensions, the cutting of flat blank’s
rims- all these can be processed at the automatic sheet-stamping center.
The rolling of metal sheets is processed at 4-rollers folding and round-bending
machine. The equipment can generate different profiles: rounded, oval polycentric and
others, can make the conic sections with diameter up to 3000 mm.
The before-paint cleaning of blank’s and details surface of rust and other oxides
is processed at the shot-blasting machine.
The area of deep draw presses is where the difficult forms of the cold-rolled metal
sheets are stamped. The core of the process is the technology of the sheet deep drawing,
when you get the ready finished detail after one- step operation of the press machine.
The technology line also includes the circular shears and the cutting machine which cut
the rims of the pressed details and does the rim folding.
Welding area is divided into the separated working-places accoding to the types of the details to weld. Welding process is done with the shielding gas (argon and carbon dioxide in relation of 80% + 20% respectively).
The programmed numerical control equipment is widely used in the mechanical treatment technology.
Painting shop and assembly area. Before to be assembled, the detals are painted at the automatic powder painting line. At the assembly area, the assembling and testing of finished goods and components are conducted. To ensure the warranted quality of the finishing goods, the special testing stands are used.
